Philosophy

As someone having a coaching approach to being an executive I have always aimed to make my colleagues believe in themselves, to make them love learning and want to improve, and I have always tried to create the necessary environment for this for them. I wanted to make everybody be able to achieve their best regardless of their positions in the organization. Alongside with my co-executives we continuously worked to inspire a high level of motivation, commitment and loyalty in our colleagues. We wanted them to be aware of the most important corporate goals and to work towards achieving and surpassing them. This is one of the reasons why we won the title “Best Workplace” in the category of companies employing 250-1000 employees in 2017’s AON Hewitt survey in our first year of entering the contest.

Mission

My mission is to help people who would like to better harness their skills, develop or change; who are not willing to settle for their current situation in life, who want to be more or better, and who are capable of accepting the fact that there are always areas in life where we can develop ourselves. . I want to help people who would rather take a risk to realize an uncertain advantage than be disheartened by the possibility of suffering a loss. I believe that from time to time we need to take a chance in the short run if we want to become happier, more contented and more successful. I also believe that with a little bit of help if someone is open, determined, adventurous and tenacious enough he or she can achieve almost anything.

Goals

  • Strengthening the self-knowledge, managerial skills, organization or business practices of senior executives, business owners and entrepreneurs;
  • Teaching skills that help senior executives, business owners and entrepreneurs become better leaders and with which they can make their business practices smoother and more successful
  • Supporting junior executives or executives on the verge of being appointed to or applying for a new executive role to achieve their goals
  • Helping people facing dilemmas in their private lives or careers to overcome their difficulties or to achieve their goals
  • Supporting developing self-knowledge, hiring practices and cooperation within and between teams with the help of personality profile analysis
