I have worked in business for 24 years; I have 10 years of experience working as a senior executive. I have approximately 20 years experience working in different roles of management. For the past 12 years, I was with a Scandinavian multinational retail company having a Scandinavian organizational culture and for the past 2 years, I worked as an international retail manager.

As a manager, I regarded organizational development, improving employee satisfaction and decreasing the fluctuation of workforce and keeping it at a low level as my main task achieving this through supporting and improving my co-managers. . Due to our success in these areas, we became one of the most successful national branches of the parent company in the fields of financial efficiency, client satisfaction and optimizing business practices.

During my career I have always shrived to make my colleagues be able to find the best possible solutions, make the best decisions and achieve their most important goals on their own as a result of my work. However, odd it may sound, my ultimate goal was to become dispensable for them. I strive to achieve the same as a coach.

A good coach is able to have his or her clients achieve their goals together with him or her.I, on the other hand, work towards making my clients be able to achieve the same without me.
